12 Days of Christmas Workout!

Don’t have a workout routine over the holidays? Won’t be able to work with your trainer for the next week? No Problem! Every year at NoCo Fitness around this time, we celebrate by doing the 12 Days of Christmas workout at our Boot Camp, led on Monday nights by our Head Trainer, Ryan. Now, this can either be done as one workout, or even as a multiple day workout! Whatever it is, holiday seasons call for good health.

Simply, you do the first exercise, then 2nd back to the first, 3rd to the 2nd to the 1st, and so on and so forth. Here are the exercises: (note: these exercises can be substituted for anything you would like!)

Day 1: Burpees (15)

Day 2: Ball Slams (10)

Day 3: Box Side to Side (10 each way)

Day 4: TR Rows (2

Day 5: Kettlebell Swings (15)

Day 6: Hulk Smash/Side to Side Ball Slam (10 each way)

Day 7: Plank to Push Up (10 total)

Day 8: Bicycles (10 each side)

Day 9: Sit Ups (15)

Day 10: Cone Shuffles (10 each way)

Day 11: 3 Pulse Squats/1 Jump Squat (10)

Day 12: Row Machine (300 meters)

There is always time to get workouts in over the holidays! Remember that holidays are not an excuse. So, get out and get that sweat on before taking on all of those delicious treats! Happy Holidays everyone!
