This month’s client spotlight is a great example of what one can achieve by working hard and kicking butt in your workouts, as well as staying consistent and disciplined with nutrition. She is someone that we can all look to as an example of how to attack your goals, and do it the right way! She always comes in to the gym ready to work, with a great attitude, and her patented sarcasm firmly in check!
Diane Gaudian has been part of the NoCo Fitness family since August, and she’s still going strong! When she initially came in to see us, she wanted to lose some weight as well as strengthen her ankle that she had broken just a few months prior. Now here we are 6 months later and she has lost a total of 50 pounds, as well see her ankle come miles from where it was when we first started. She has been able to accomplish these feats by committing to training 3 days a week with myself, as well as some other days on her own, and committing every day to making sure she is staying on track with her nutrition. We as trainers preach about how important consistency is for reaching your goals, and nobody has been more consistent than Diane! I am extremely proud to say that I get work with such an awesome person, now 5 times a week, and can’t wait to see what we can achieve from here!
I’ll leave off with this: the very first time that Diane came into workout with me she was wearing a t-shirt that said “Believe in the Power of YOU”, and this could not have been a better representation of herself! She set her goals, believed she could achieve them, and never looked back!
