Many of our clients have asked for a weekend class, and our answer is to provide a group fitness class where everyone is welcome to participate. This fitness class is open to the public and you may come join us Saturday mornings from 9:15 to 10:15 AM. No gym membership is needed. You can pay for each boot camp class as you attend, price is $10 per class.

You will leave feeling charged up from a challenging and fun workout. If you have never tried a boot camp, being surrounded by others working their hardest has a positive way of helping you, push yourself more than you might while working out alone.
Our certified personal trainers developed the Greeley boot camp to challenge all fitness levels.
This class is perfect for a first time gym goers beginning a fitness routine to avid gym rats. The workout and exercise selection is tailored by the instructor to each person’s ability, so you will have a challenging and safe workout. We begin the boot camp by doing a group warm up, focusing on specific muscle groups that will be used during the day’s workout. Next, we spend a few minutes discussing the important aspects of each exercise and provide professional coaching for each exercise during the boot camp. For those of you with aches and pains such as bad knees, hips, shoulders, and backs; this is the Greeley boot camp for you. Many of our clients suffer from the battle of life and we help to modify each exercise to work around any ache or pain you may have. For those of you pain free, we will be sure push you and help you to have a terrific workout. You may even learn a few new exercises each week too!
The boot camp class takes place Saturday mornings, check in starts at 9 a.m. and the workout begins at 9:15 a.m. Come in exercise clothing and bring a water bottle.
