Hello everybody! My name is Tim Osterbauer and I am the newest trainer here at NoCo!
I was born in Osceola, WI (the greatest state ever) and have 3 older siblings and 8 nieces and nephews who I love tremendously. I grew up playing football, wrestling, and track and field and being involved with various clubs.
I went to North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND for my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. It was there that I began to train and fell in love with it. In my training history, I’ve worked with the youth, athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels, those with special needs, and general population clients simultaneously at several gyms.
Currently I’m a graduate student here at UNC Greeley studying for my Masters in Exercise Physiology. My goal is someday help patients with debilitating diseases and chronic illnesses in overcoming their afflictions and make a difference in someone’s life who needs it.
I am an avid movie fan and have seen way too many to count. I enjoy working out and staying active by hiking and biking and searching for great places to eat down here. I also love everything and anything Wisconsin and am a diehard Packers, Badgers, Bucks, and Brewers fan as well as the NDSU Bison.
That being said, I’ve been here in Colorado for a little over a month and am falling in love with it! I cannot wait to meet everyone involved here at NoCo Fitness and hope to chat with you sometime soon!
