Today we are going to discuss an important, and pretty glaringly obvious phenomena that happened this week. In case you do not know this: NoCo Fitness has moved locations. Boom! WOW! Totally new place with some totally new faces, what an exciting time! As many of you may know, I am the trainer here at NoCo that is probably the most resistant to change… and if you did not know that before just now then maybe you and I should talk more. The fact is: I know that change can be a hard thing, but sometimes change is a really, really good thing. So tune in because today we are going to go over how to break up with your old gym location.
First of all, this new space offers literally endless opportunity for new and crazy exercises. Some of you have already experienced some machines and some exercises you may have never done before! Once everything is renovated and all is in complete order, trust me, this place is gonna be the talk of the town.
Second, this new location allows us to better serve you and provide you with the well rounded, awesome experience. It is pretty simple: being in a bigger area means that you can do more. Take walking lunges for instance, before we occupied this space the walking lunges could only go so far, but now they can go 3 and 4 times farther and therefore kill your legs even more!
Third, and this is the most important: this is your gym. Sure, the walls are further apart, the ceiling is a little higher, and there are a couple new faces. But the key is that this is not something that will dilute us, this as an opportunity for your NoCo family to get bigger. I have been telling my clients all week: you do not need to feel out of place, awkward, or like you don’t belong because the fact of the matter is that this is your gym, with all the people you love, and all the trainers who have been there to be your friends and cheerleaders. Let us do our best to welcome in new faces and make this new space the close knit and awesome community we all love NoCo for!
