My goal is to build positive relationships between my clients and the foods that they eat. I believe in fostering a supportive environment that motivates my clients to challenge the status quo and determine their true potential. Diet and exercise are lifelong modifications that I think should be positive and we can integrate them into daily practices together!
My hobbies include traveling, camping, and being outdoors with my dogs. If I am not outside you will always find me cooking or baking something new to try.
