I believe that fitness can, and should be, for everyone. As a personal trainer, I strive to avoid a “one size fits all” approach, and instead cater to your background, goals and interests. By creating a judgement free environment, I hope to support people from all walks of life in reaching goals that keep them inspired. I promise to help you move in ways that feel best by using my college education and keeping up to date with the newest exercise science research.
When not in the gym, Grace is most likely spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, boxing workouts, reading, playing guitar, and embroidering.
