Justin utilizes his sports & exercise science background to generate and develop a structured training style that allows him to use his own personal experience to benefit others and their goals. Justin believes wholeheartedly that success comes from hard work and dedication, and that same philosophy has to carry along into health and fitness. Justin is very honest and real about the struggles of fitness and weight management and uses real life experience to help people tackle their own fitness journey for better, long term results.
When Justin is not at the gym, he loves getting out in nature and going on hikes in the beautiful high country. He is an avid music fanatic and loves to watch a good movie or documentary. He just started building up his jeep (Forrest) and has goals of one day competing in the many realms of health and fitness!
