Philosophy

My passion is to help individuals achieve overall health with exercise and proper nutrition. I want people to have a great relationship with food and exercise as they go hand in hand.  Everyone deserves to know their full potential, know their worth and believe in themselves.  Find your strength, find your confidence and be comfortable in your own body.  I treasure helping people attain their goals that we set together. It’s about looking in the mirror and loving that person looking back at you!

Hobbies

While fitness and nutrition have always been favorite hobbies, I also love to play golf and vacation to warm destinations as I love the ocean and sound of the waves.   I love to cook & meal prep, I actually enjoy going to the grocery store!  I am married to my wonderful husband Tom. We have three amazing children, Kylee, Conlan and Shayla.
