Kody started lifting weights in 7th grade to build strength for wrestling. As a D2 athlete in college, he realized he loved weightlifting more than wrestling and has made it his life goal to share that knowledge and passion with others. The Greeks knew the importance of physical activity over 2700 years ago, he hopes to revive these ancient ideals to build a healthier, stronger community.
