Philosophy
Kylee, a dedicated yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience, is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with athletes and wellness seekers alike. As NoCo Fitness’s resident yogi, she specializes in helping clients of all levels—from weightlifters and runners to cyclists and seniors—integrate yoga into their routines to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and promote holistic well-being. Kylee’s philosophy centers on yoga’s ability to improve range of motion, build core strength, and facilitate active recovery, making it an essential tool for athletes and anyone seeking to reclaim bodily autonomy.
Her classes are a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients can cultivate body awareness, master breath control, and unlock their full potential through mindful movement. Kylee tailors her sessions to meet individual needs, whether guiding athletes to boost their performance or helping beginners discover the mental and physical benefits of yoga. “Yoga is more than a practice—it’s a journey to connect with your body and mind,” she says, reflecting her commitment to empowering clients to achieve balance, strength, and self-discovery. With her infectious enthusiasm and deep expertise, Kylee inspires everyone to step onto the mat and experience yoga’s profound impact.
Hobbies
Outside the yoga studio, Kylee leads a vibrant, multifaceted life. As a full-time paralegal and the creative force behind a small Etsy shop, she balances professionalism with artistic expression. Kylee and her husband share a love for adventure, traveling to new destinations and embarking on scenic motorcycle or Miata rides through the mountains. At home, they unwind with lively board game nights and cherish their time with their two feline companions, Amira, a stunning brown tabby, and Hammy, a playful Balinese. Kylee’s passion for thrifting fuels her creativity, while her love for writing, reading, and solving puzzles keeps her mind sharp. She finds peace in nature, often spending time by lakes, oceans, or rivers, which inspires her holistic approach to wellness.
