Rachel believes that fitness is an essential part of whole-body wellness because it builds confidence and strength both physically and mentally. Rachel strongly believes adding a fitness routine to your life can create joy and help you live a longer, healthier, happier life. Rachel develops exercise programs that are realistic to incorporate into busy, everyday lifestyles, and uses her expertise in exercise programming to create
custom workouts that are both enjoyable and effective. Rachel strives to develop long lasting relationships with her clients as they make their journey towards health and wellness.
Outside of the gym, Rachel loves spending time with her partner, two dachshunds, and 2 children. She loves to bake, play violin, and spend time in her garden.
