Rebecca takes a fun approach to creating a fitness program. She develops a fitness program based to challenge each individual’s fitness level. She believes that the best results are achieved when you train with others.

Hobbies

During her free time, Rebecca enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains: hiking or backpacking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. She enjoys playing with her son and watching him grow and learn.
