My philosophy is that working out/physical activity should be apart of everyone’s life in some way or another. Exercise is not only good for your physical health, but also your mental health. I’m here to spread my knowledge and my passion with anybody who seeks help to better their mind, body, and soul. Through regular exercise and healthy eating, we can all live a happier, longer life.
If it’s winter time, I’m snowboarding. If it’s summer time, I’m camping, doing anything outdoors, or playing san volleyball.
