How do I pay my bill or update my credit card on file?
In order to update your credit card on file or pay your account balance, you need to come into the gym or give us a call at 970.978.4392 during staffed hours. We are generally staffed Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 7:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 1:00pm.
What age do you have to be to use the facility?
You must be 18 years or older to sign up for a membership or personal training on your own. You may come use the gym if you are 16 or older by yourself as long as your parent/guardian has signed a liability form for you. Children younger than 16 are welcome to use the facility with his/her parent/guardian or work with a personal trainer on his/her own.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Our personal training is by appointment only. Our members can access the gym 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Walk-ins and visitors are welcome during staffed hours. We offer day or week passes for those who wish to try our gym or just use it once. The cost is $15 per day or $30 per week. If you decide to get a membership, your day or week pass can be applied to your first month membership price. Our staffed hours are Monday – Thursday 6:00am to 7:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 1:00pm.
Why won’t my card work on the side door?
Chances are that your membership did not run due to insufficient funds or an expired card on file. Please call us at 970.978.4392 or stop in during business hours to update your card on file.
What health insurance providers do you accept?
We do not accept health insurance for personal training services. If personal training is something that your health insurance covers, we could give you a bill or invoice to submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement. We do offer gym memberships through health insurance products such as Tivity Health, SilverSneakers, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active. These insurance products pay for your gym membership making it free to you.
Can I still come in if I am pregnant?
Yes. It is healthy for most pregnant women to do some form of exercise throughout pregnancy, so we encourage it. The general rule of thumb is to continue to workout while pregnant, but do not start any strenuous new exercise you have not don’t prior to pregnancy. So do not go from couch potato to running a marathon while you are pregnant. :-) We will tailor your personal training sessions to your specific needs and make sure that you are safe during your workouts. Consult your doctor first to make sure you are cleared to exercise.
What forms do I need to fill out before coming in?

What are your holiday hours?
Our members can access our facility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Therefore, members can access our facility on all holidays. We do not have staffed hours on holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What are your business hours?
Our members have access to the gym 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our staffed hours are Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 7:00pm and Friday 6:00am – 1:00pm. You will often find we are here outside of these hours. Feel free to call us at 970.978.4392 and see if the gym is staffed. Note that if you purchase a membership online, you will need to come in during staffed hours to finish your membership setup and pick up your keyfob for the 24-hour access door.
Do you offer daycare?
We do not offer day care services at this time. We welcome well-behaved children to accompany his/her parents for workouts. Infants can hang out in a carrier or stroller. Small children can play games at the tables in the back or against a wall in the gym. Older children are welcome to workout with you if they have a kid membership and liability form on file. We are a family-friendly business and encourage health and wellness for everyone.
Do you have lockers?
Yes. We have lockers in both the women’s and men’s locker rooms. We also have lockers in the hallway on the gym floor. You will need to bring your own padlock if you wish to lock them. We also have cubbies available by the front desk for those that do not wish to use a locker.
Do you have showers?
Yes. We have two showers available in the women’s locker room and the men’s locker room.
Do you have a swimming pool?
No. We do not have a swimming pool.
Do you have a sauna?
No. We do not have a sauna.
Do you offer military or veteran discounts?
We offer 10% off for all current military personnel and veterans. Thank you for your service!
Do you offer senior discounts?
All seniors receive a 10% discount on gym memberships and personal training. We also offer gym memberships through health insurance products such as Tivity Health, SilverSneakers, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active. These insurance products pay for your gym membership making it free to you.
How do I purchase a gift card?

Do you have parking?
Yes. We have a ample parking available in front of our facility.
What type of memberships do you offer?

We offer individual, couples, and student memberships that can either be paid month-to-month or annually. We are also partners with Tivity Health, Renew Active, Active & Fit, and Silver & Fit.
Can I reschedule/cancel my personal training appointment?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for personal training appointments. If you cancel within a 24-hour period of your appointment, you will be charged for the visit. You may reschedule the appointment for a different day during the week without losing it. You will need to call us at 970.978.4392 or reach out to your trainer directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How much does personal training cost?
Our personal training varies in price based on length of session, sessions per week, and the length of contract you choose. We have price points that fit most budgets. How do I cancel my gym membership?
All of our gym memberships are month-to-month, with no enrollment, upkeep, or cancellation fees. You may cancel your membership at any time by stopping into the gym to complete a short membership cancellation form. It is short and will take approx. 1-2 minutes to complete. Make sure to complete this form at least 3 business days prior to your next auto-payment to avoid being charged for an additional month membership.
