Chandler creates fitness programs based on his background in Exercise Science, as well as from his own exercise experience. He believes that using correct techniques, will minimize injuries and maximize results. He also believes that staying consistent and always pushing one’s self to be better, is the key to reaching goals.
In his free time Chandler enjoys hanging out with family and friends. He loves playing, and watching sports of all kinds. He also likes to be outdoors. Specifically, he loves camping, fishing, and hiking.
